Camping and Social weekend went well
HRRARC held a successful Camping and Social weekend near Crich, Derbyshire on 4th, 5th and 6th September 2009. A group of members attended the customary field day location and enjoyed what was a most pleasant weekend, which saw a couple of members setting-up their own HF portable stations. The weather remained dry for us however it was a bit breezy at times which was to be expected due to our height (ASL) and location. We did have some intermittent spells of sunshine too, so on the whole a most enjoyable weekend weatherise, and great fun for those who attended.
